how it all began
Kura is led by Isobel Hall, an aviation professional with a 28-year career in pilot training, airline assessment and recruitment, and aviation management. Throughout her career, Isobel has worked for, and with, leading flight training organisations and airline partners around the world.
Guided by a clear philosophy – to only do what can be done exceptionally well – Isobel is unwavering in her commitment to excellence. This principle shapes every element of Kura’s approach, ensuring the highest standards of integrity, quality, and care in all that the organisation delivers.

OUR DEDICATED TEAM
The team at Kura live and breathe aviation. Among our team you’ll find current line pilots, training managers, safety managers, customer service managers, former cabin crew, recruitment managers and senior leaders all of whom know the industry very well.
Our team has experience working in airlines, pilot training academies and large corporate organisations going back as far as 30 years!
