We recognise the time and effort each individual puts into applying for any new role, we understand any assessment process is daunting. We will endeavour to ensure you are well informed, you understand what is required of you, we will share insight on how best you can prepare.

And we will, whenever possible, provide honest, detailed, personalised feedback – something that is quite unique in the industry.

Over the past 4 years, the team at Kura has conducted over 2000 interviews – online and in-person. We have met a lot of amazing people in this time, and we have learned a lot!
