If you’d like to find out more on how KURA can assist you, we’d love to hear from you. You can reach us through the Contact Us feature on our website!

In the four years Kura Airline Resourcing has been supporting our clients, we’ve met thousands of pilots and cabin crew applicants.

But time and time again, we see potentially amazing candidates drop out of the process unnecessarily – often because they rush to apply or miss small but crucial details.

Attention to detail is critical to our clients – it’s part of their DNA – and a key part of presenting yourself as a strong candidate.

Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing some simple, practical tips to help pilots who are considering applying for opportunities with Kura.

Let’s start with one of the most important elements – your CV.

Here are a few key pointers:

-> Tailor your CV – We provide detailed requirements for every opportunity we post – make it clear you meet them.
-> Keep it concise – Aim for a maximum of two pages and keep it relevant.
-> Use a professional photo – If you include one, ensure it’s recent and reflects the professional pilot you are.
-> Explain employment gaps – Include any non-flying jobs too – they matter.
-> Highlight customer service experience – Even if it’s outside aviation, it’s highly valued.
-> Add a personal touch – Include hobbies or interests that show who you are.

Remember: your CV is your first chance to impress our assessors and demonstrate that you meet the requirements.

Before you upload, always read the “How to Apply” guide carefully – and submit your CV in the requested format.
